Privacy Policy for Real Deal Developer

This Privacy Policy describes how Adams Apple Games ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Real Deal Developer (the "Game"), available on the Apple App Store under the bundle identifier com.adamsapplegames.realdealdeveloper.
We have designed the Game to collect as little information as possible. The Game does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not access your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
To be clear about what is not collected:
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information.
- We do not require you to create an account or log in.
- We do not access your device's camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, calendar, or location.
- We do not use any advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA) and we do not show third-party advertisements.
- We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs (such as Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, or AppLovin).
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
2. Information That Is Collected
The limited information processed in connection with the Game is described below.
a. In-App Purchase Data
The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency ("Gold"). When you make an in-app purchase:
- The purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not see your payment method, credit card details, billing address, Apple ID, or any personal information associated with your Apple account.
- Apple provides us, through the Unity Gaming Services in-app purchasing system, with a transaction receipt containing the product identifier (for example,
com.adamsapplegames.rdd.gold_100), a transaction ID, and a purchase timestamp. We use this only to deliver the virtual currency you purchased and, if applicable, to validate that the receipt is genuine. - We do not store this receipt on any server we control unless server-side receipt validation is enabled in a future version of the Game. At present, receipts are processed on your device.

b. Diagnostic and Device Information (via Unity Gaming Services)
The Game uses Unity Gaming Services, provided by Unity Technologies, to make in-app purchases work. When the Game initializes Unity Gaming Services, Unity may automatically collect a limited amount of technical information, which can include:
- A randomly generated installation identifier
- Device model, operating system version, and language/region settings
- Application version and crash diagnostics
This information is used by Unity to operate the in-app purchasing service and is governed by Unity's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to information that personally identifies you through Unity's services.
c. Locally Stored Game Save Data
The Game saves your progress (your in-game valley, buildings, tenants, finances, achievements, and similar gameplay state) on your device only, using standard iOS app storage. This data:
- Remains on your device
- Is not transmitted to us or to any third party
- Is automatically removed when you uninstall the Game
If you have iCloud backup enabled for apps on your device, your save data may be included in your encrypted iCloud backup. That backup is controlled by you and Apple, not by us.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above solely to:
- Deliver in-app purchases that you initiate
- Verify that purchase receipts are genuine, to prevent fraud
- Keep the Game functioning correctly on your device
We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Game.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade information about you. The only parties that process information in connection with the Game are:
- Apple Inc. — processes your in-app purchases as the App Store operator.
- Unity Technologies — provides the in-app purchasing service that delivers Apple's transaction receipts to the Game.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, valid legal process, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Children's Privacy
The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Game, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps.
In-app purchases require parental approval through Apple's "Ask to Buy" and Screen Time features. We encourage parents to enable these settings on devices used by children.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:
- Know what information is processed about you
- Request a copy of that information
- Request deletion of that information
- Object to certain processing
Because the Game does not require an account and we do not retain personally identifying information on servers we control, in most cases we have no information about you to access or delete. Information held by Apple in connection with your App Store purchases is controlled by Apple under their privacy policy.

7. Data Retention
We retain the very limited transaction information described in Section 2(a) only as long as needed to validate purchases and as required by Apple's developer agreements and applicable tax and accounting laws. Information collected by Unity Gaming Services is retained according to Unity's policies.
8. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect any information processed in connection with the Game. All network communication initiated by the Game uses HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide a prominent notice in the Game or through the App Store update notes. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
